Gaylyn's Philisophy
17. April 2026

My name is Gaylyn Morgan. Ever since I was a child, I’ve recognised that I received messages from spirit. These come in the forms of a knowing, symbols, pictures, photos and feelings. What I would learn later is that most of my knowing matched the philosophy and teachings of others. This confirmed what I was receiving to be the truth, to me. And I undoubtedly believe that I only receive truth from Spirit.
Anything written that involves bias towards a particular gender or moral standing, other than coming from a place of love and connectedness of all beings with our world and each other, is a falsehood and written by people who wish to control and dominate. This is how we can tell if something is true or not. As soon as there is an inclination of someone or something being right or wrong, without coming from a position of love, is a falsehood. When any group benefits at the expense of others, this is not coming from a place of love. When anyone believes that their way of life, ideas, home, family, ethnicity, choice of career, relationships etc, are in anyway superior to another group or individual, they are not coming from a place of love. This is power seeking ego, not word from spirit.
Spiritual endeavours entail finding more about ourselves and moving away from the ego and the desires to possess and own material goods. Creating a loving home with objects we enjoy and keep us comfortable provides a space where we can grow. However, hoarding worldly goods as some sort of trophy, is the opposite of seeking spiritual abundance.
Spiritual abundance means that we recognise the glory of the life that we create for ourselves. We find joy and beauty in even the most unexpected places. We see opportunities for growth in challenging times. Sometimes we go within to explore our feelings and to understand our desires, but most often we grow by exploring and comparing thoughts and ideas with others. And these will change through the seasons of life for what we’re seeking. We are all connected to the mass consciousness, but some are attuned to comprehend these sooner than others.
My understanding of spirit is this: We are a spiritual being visiting here having a human experience. As a human, or other some sort of form, on this planet, we are able to experience different sensations that we can’t experience in spirit. I believe that there are different dimensions and planets that we might go to live a life other than here on Earth. We might take different forms to live this life. It is all around having the variety of experiences.
Karma is the word I use to explain the lessons and experiences that we want to have in this life time. (in contrast to Social Karma, which is restricted to this life time. Do a good deed, get something positive happening in return. Be unkind and something unkind will happen back to you). And we require an awakening to be aware that this life time is like watching a movie unfold. So, we stop taking everything so seriously. We learn to find the joy amongst the chaos of life.
While still in spirit, we make a plan, a blueprint of what we want to achieve and experience. This will be based on previous lives. Patterns to be broken, relationship roles to experience and to experience feeling the way that we have made others to feel or experience things that we have made others to experience. Despite this blueprint, we still have control of our own destiny. Sometimes things go awry and maybe a parent dies before the lesson occurs, or a baby is lost or a natural disaster changes the course of things. We need to adjust and return to our path occasionally. Regardless of what happens in each lifetime, our eternal soul is never harmed or destroyed. It exists for all time.
The ‘Essence’ of who we are, comes to earth or wherever, to experience a conglomerate of events, feelings, moments, learnings, epiphanies and growth. We learn to discover our own truths. Our ‘Essence’ lives this life and then upon our death, we return to our higher self, our true self, our soul, where all our other ‘Essences’ from the past live in harmony. Our soul grows with each new ‘Essence’s’ experiences.
It is an awakening as we discover which thoughts and truths are our own and which thoughts are implanted as a part of the shared social reality during our upbringing and throughout our lives. Receiving messages from spirit helps us unpack this and find our own truths. We learn what things truly don't belong to us.
Even though our soul might seem like an individual entity, it lives in connection with all the other souls in spirit. It is a place of love and no fear. So, one thing I like to remind my clients of when they are making a decision is, ‘Do your actions or thoughts come from a place of love or fear?’ We should always try to determine and choose love over fear. Then we are making the decision as close to alignment with our true self as possible.
The spiritual writings from Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Deepak Chopra, James Redfield, Eckhart Tolle, Stuart Wilde, David Hawkins, Bruce Lipton, Shirley Maclaine, Stephen Covey and others that support personal growth and understanding the connectedness of all things, can be drawn upon to gain more knowledge. These writings are in alignment with the messages I receive from spirit.
Major Understandings:
-
We are here for three purposes:
- Relationships – we are here to understand and nurture our relationships from a perspective of growth. We are here to break cycles from past lives and ancestral trauma. We need to study our own behaviours and our responses to others to recognise changes that need to be made. We need to understand that we can’t control the actions and thoughts of others and need to focus on our own behaviour when we are unhappy about something. It is important to break cycles in mother- daughter/son or father – daughter/son relationships where the conditioning of the parent implants restrictive thoughts, either intentionally or unintentionally, that cause us to have restrictive beliefs about ourselves. It is important that we see the conditioning within the family that occurs in relation to gender. It is important for individuals to recognise these beliefs and determine the level of truth within them. Learning to counteract this conditioning in order to live freely and a happy life is important. Authors and books that are worth drawing on for more information are – Harriet Lerner – A Dance with Anger and A Dance with Intimacy, Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus, The Let Them Theory, The Five Second Rule, The Four Horsemen of Relationships
- Experiences – variety is the spice to life. All experiences – travelling, bringing up children, working in a career, experiencing the loss of a loved one or treasured relationship, challenging ourselves to learn a new skill, being at peace sitting still, dancing, laughing, depression, happiness, joy, learning to be organised, recognising when we’re living a life closely aligned to our true selves, experiencing all the emotions available to us and examining how we feel within this physical body is important. Our spirit grows with this.
- Making a difference in the world for the better. Whatever we choose to do, it should be for the betterment of everything and everyone. We can do this through kindness, our work, our attitude towards others, volunteering, the values we pass on to our children and that we share with others.
-
We are spiritual beings having a human experience. Helping others to learn and grow at their own pace is an important difference that I want to make in people’s lives.
-
Awakening to our true selves is important for growing as a person and a spiritual being. (this means knowing, understanding and moving forward with the experiences that we’ve set out to accomplish in this life time.
-
Helping each other find what makes them happy without taking the responsibility away from them for doing it for themselves.
-
Our role is to recognise what is ego driven and what is spiritually driven.
-
My role in this, is to help people find their true selves through messages from spirit and give encouragement to adopt a perspective of positivity.
